Happy Anniversary ONE Service Pros!

In early 2019, Janet Livingston, owner of Seymour-based Call Center Sales Pro was looking for an electrician in the area but over and over she encountered companies that were not delivering the reliable service that she expected. Janet decided that, since she couldn’t find what she wanted, she would leverage her business know-how to launch an electric service company that met her expectations of quality, affordability, and reliability. One Electric was born.

During the next year, Janet saw additional needs in other areas: a need for home security monitoring became One Home & Safety. When Janet decided to add plumbing as well as heating and cooling (HVAC) services, the original two brands merged, adding the additional services and ONE Service Pros was born.

Janet has always operated Call Center Sales Pro with a customer-first approach, taking the time to build rapport with each of her clients and customers to understand their needs fully. This carries over into ONE Service Pros where she has employed a service team that takes the time to approach customers with care and consideration that go above and beyond, establishing a standard of excellence. From installing a light switch to responding to an emergency repair from storm damage, when someone in the community needs help, ONE Service Pros was built from the ground up to respond 24/7 — making them the only four vertical service company with the capacity to act in the greater Knoxville area.

A customer that sustained storm damage on Christmas eve and needed emergency service shared, “we had a tree fall on our power line and ONE Service Pros was able to come out during a snow storm on Christmas Eve and get us set up so the power company could reattach the line. They were extremely professional, friendly, on-time, and efficient. I had to call back after hours to get a second copy of my receipt for the insurance company and had a detailed invoice in my inbox seconds after hanging up.”

ONE Service Pros has grown into a company that is a central solution for any problem. Boasting a motto of “ONE call, we can do it all!” our goal is to always be able to say, “yes, we can help” when someone calls with a need — and that has shown in the ways that ONE Service Pros has grown. Our team is constantly evaluating potential needs in the community and will add services as they are identified. ONE Service Pros was built to evolve constantly to meet shifting demands of households and business.
