I agree that all visits must be used within the term of the membership; visits may not be redeemed past the membership expiration date. ONE Service Pros will periodically remind clients to schedule visits,
but clients are ultimately responsible for scheduling visits. 
Visits are not guaranteed. Refunds will not be provided on memberships; clients will not receive refunds for cancelling service or not using visits before membership expires. Upon cancellation, any funds unpaid for services rendered will be due. Membership may be transferred from one owner to another. Membership may also stay with the original owner to another address, however additional fees may apply.


Our membership plans include 2 or 4 preventative maintenance visits in your home every 12 months to help prevent common issues that arise from normal wear and tear on household systems. These visits can be redeemed during a 12-month duration from the date you join. If you cancel before the end of this 12 month duration and you have used any preventative maintenance visits, you may incur an early termination fee.

**Preferred Plan members will be exempt from any additional fees applied normally for holiday service calls. Standard rates will apply.

Membership Cancellation and Refund Policy      

  • One year agreement with no cancellation.

  • Membership will auto-renew indefinitely unless notice to cancel is received by the client.

  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and confirmation of club membership cancellation.

  • Membership charges may not be refunded or prorated for the cancellation of a membership and must be paid in full for the entire month.
  • If termination of the contract occurs prior to the completion of the full membership term, client may be charged the balance for services provided now not covered.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted for each physical home location.

  • These membership cancellation and refund policies are subject to change per ONE Service Pro’s directives at any time.
